C.J. (Jim) McConnell has served as Heartland Bank Chairman since 1985.  Jim and his wife Susan along with their three children are fourth and fifth generation shareholders of Heartland Bank.  Jim retains a philosophy of commitment to our employees, customers and the communities we serve.  Jim knows that by building our communities,  our communities in turn will help build the Bank.
