Meet The Staff - Profile   Manson Office Kelli Girard, Customer Service Representative Kelli has lived in Manson all her life and has been with Heartland Bank’s Manson Office since it opened in 2004. She attended college at Iowa Central Community College and graduated with an Administrative Assistant degree. Kelli and her huband Travis have three sons. She is involved with the Manson Ambulance, St. Paul Lutheran Church, and is a Board Member for Manson Greater Crater Days.
